Applications to our Sixth Form for September 2027 can be made following Open Evening which takes place on 12th November.
Haileybury Turnford achieved record exam results in 2026
In 2026
- Over 40% of A Level grades were A* to B
- Vocational qualifications were our strongest ever
- University destinations included English Language and Literature at the University of Oxford, Pharmacy at University College London, Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Leeds and Mathematics and Sport Science at Loughborough University
- Degree Apprenticeships included Chartered Management at Dalkia, Marketing at Legion Marketing and Engineering at MBDA
In 2025
- Our students achieved a higher level of vocational qualification results and strong A Level results than previous years
- University destinations included English at King’s College London, Chemistry at the University of Warwick and Bioveterinary Sciences at the University of Reading
- Degree Apprenticeships included in Global Markets & Business Management at J.P. Morgan, at Buzzacott, an Accountancy Firm in London, and an Engineer with the National Grid amongst others
In 2024
- Our students achieved the school’s best results since the pandemic
- Our Year 13 cohort achieved the highest progress score for A Level and vocational exam results that we have ever achieved
- The progress our A Level students made put us in the highest 8% of schools and colleges nationally and the 10th highest progress score for all state schools and colleges in Hertfordshire
- University destinations included Physics at King’s College London, Medicine at the University of Nottingham and Illustration & Visual Media at the University of Arts London
- Very competitive Degree Apprenticeships were secured, including in Auditing and Finance
